Reservations for Camping or Park Spaces
The Planning and Parks Department has recently switched to a new online reservation system for Ozaukee County park spaces. In order to complete your reservation, you must make an online payment.
YOUR RESERVATION WILL NOT BE VALID WITHOUT THE PAYMENT!
Please have your reservation confirmation email with you and accessible during your reservation time period (either printed out or on an electronic device).
To make a reservation for a park space that is not listed, or for special group uses or events that do not meet the requirements listed in the reservation forms, call (262)284-8257 to discuss what type of reservation you would like to make. Cancellations
If you need to cancel your reservation with Ozaukee County Planning and Parks Department, please click here to fill out a form. Please include your reservation details (reservation ID, date(s), name, park name) on the form. Please also use this form if you need a refund for a modification made to your reservation.

- If you cancel at least 5 days prior to the start of your reservation, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel 1-4 days prior to the start of your reservation, you will receive an 80% refund.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance of your reservation start time, you will not receive a refund.
Waubedonia Camping Rules & Info
- Check-in time is 1:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am.
- A maximum of 2 cars are allowed at each "Basic" campsite and a maximum of 3 cars are allowed at each "Water & Electric" campsite; violators will be given a warning and fined if they do not comply.
- Motorhomes, trailers, and RVs are not allowed at "Basic" camping sites; these campsites are tent only.
- "Water & Electric" Campsites #6, #7, #8, and #9 can accommodate a vehicle up to 55 feet in length. Campsite #10 can accommodate a vehicle up to 30 feet in length. Campsite #15 can accommodate a vehicle up to 25 feet in length. Please note that Campsites #10 and #15 may be more difficult to back into.
- "Basic" campsites #16 and #17 are walk-in sites and are tent only. You may not park a vehicle on the campsite. There is short walk to a parking lot.
- Firewood bundles are $6 and may be purchased online with your reservation, or with cash at the park. Firewood can be picked up at the park at the self-serve firewood yard near the pumphouse.
- A maximum of 6 people are allowed to stay at each campsite.
- Camping Limits: Campers may book up to 9 consecutive days at one campsite. After those 9 days, campers are allowed to book another 9-day stay at a different campsite. After those 18 days, campers are not allowed to book again until the next season.
- Potable water is available from the drinking fountain at the north end of the ballpark or next to the tennis courts.
- There will not be anyone on-site to check you in for your reservation.
- The Planning & Parks Department requires that the facilities be left in satisfactory condition. Any damage or excessive clean-up will result in a maintenance billing and the possible loss of your group’s privilege to use the facility in the future.
- Please have beverages in cans or plastic containers. No glass containers.
- Dogs are allowed. Dogs must be leashed and owners are responsible for cleaning up and disposing of waste.
Rules & Info for Other Park Reservations
- Parking is restricted to discrete paved or gravel parking areas; no parking on the grass is allowed.
- The Planning and Parks Department will not assist with traffic control for reservation events.
- There will not be anyone on-site to check you in for your reservation.
- The Planning and Parks Department will not assist with any set-up or clean-up for reservations. When you reserve a park space, you are only reserving the space.
- For reservations after October 15th, running water and bathroom availability will depend upon winter weather.
- You may use vendors or contractors during a reserved event (for extra seating, tables, tents, etc.). You must provide contractor/vendor details to the Planning and Parks Department prior to your reservation time.
- The Planning & Parks Department requires that the facilities be left in satisfactory condition. Any damage or excessive clean-up will result in a maintenance billing and the possible loss of your group’s privilege to use the facility in the future.

- County Parks are open from 6am-9pm. There are no after hours permissions for reservations.

Sales Tax Exemption
If you are making a reservation for a tax exempt organization; please fill out this form after making your reservation. Please submit tax exempt documentation and list your reservation ID number. Once your tax exempt documentation is received by the department, a sales tax refund will be sent.
