We envision reaching 70% employee engagement and become known as Wisconsin's premier County human resources department by 2027.

Our responsibilities include: benefits administration, annual performance evaluation system, collective bargaining, compensation and classification, diversity and inclusion, employee assistance program, employee onboarding, employee relations, FMLA and leave of absence, maintaining policies, professional development, recognition and bonuses, recruitment, retirement, safety and wellness, and strategic planning.
