You may access certain public records of the Wisconsin Circuit Courts at wcca.wicourts.gov. Confidential case types are not viewable through this website. Use the case search function after clicking "I agree". If you are having trouble finding your case online, try searching by first and last name ONLY.
You also have the option to visit the Justice Center to view Ozaukee County cases on our Self-Help computers. The Self-Help computers will also display documents filed in each case. Filed documents are not able to be viewed on wcca.wicourts.gov.
You may open cases and file documents for existing cases at the Ozaukee County Justice Center Clerk of Circuit Court office during open business hours. All documents filed in a case need to have the correct case number and case caption.
You may open cases and file documents for existing cases electronically using the Circuit Court Efiling system at wicourts.gov. Please note that there is a $20 opt in fee per case, per person.
