Basic Service Plan (Level 1)

• 24 hour staffing
• Three meals per day
• Weekly Housekeeping
• Weekly Linen Service
• Weekly Assistance with showering or whirlpool spa bath
• Health Monitoring
• Transportation Coordination

Additional Services (each additional service increases service level)

• Medication Administration (*Please note all medications are administered by trained Caregivers under the supervision of the Registered Nurse)
• Moderate assistance with dressing, grooming and bathing
• Assistance with Ambulation (maximum 1 to assist)
• Assistance with Toileting and Personal Hygiene AND/OR Ostomy/Incontinence Management
