Local Network
Network administration is provided to all Ozaukee County facilities. Network resources are available 7 days per week and 24 hours per day. Ozaukee County’s network allows all users to communicate with each other using shared network drives, email and via the Internet. We currently support more than 400 network users on over 300 network devices.

Wide Area Network
Technology Resources also supports a wide area network that provides free network access to the municipalities located within Ozaukee County. This access not only provides email and Internet service to these offices, but we also assist these offices with the configuration of their hardware and software. Our staff will also provide training and technical support to all participating offices. Our help desk will also be a service offered to the municipalities for technical support issues regarding email and the Internet.
